shutter speed was 8 seconds.
and how I did it? One light, changing poses every 2s... that's all

Jasne- nie jest to jakaś wielka tajemnica

* światło ciągłe z przodu, trochę nad czubkiem głowy. (brak innych źródeł światła w pomieszczeniu)
* podniosłem głowę, odliczyłem 2s, zmieniłem pozycję- 2s itd,
